Hi, I'm Lauren!

I am a published freelance writer and lifestyle content creator. My passions include travel, health, wellness and digital content creation. While completing my undergrad, I worked for Pepperdine Graphic Media, a digital and print publication at Pepperdine University. In this position I published numerous lifestyle-focused articles highlighting local cafes, the infamous Erewhon Market, and trending hot spots in the Malibu and Los Angeles areas.

​Pursuing my love for writing after graduating, I began freelance writing for Locale Magazine, a lifestyle publication in San Diego, CA. My work for the company consists of sharing the stories of my hometown,

here I get to share the stories of my hometown, current events and trending news.

When I'm not writing articles or building my wellness brand on social media, you can find me frequenting neighborhood coffee shops, trying new Pilates studios, capturing nature through my camera lens or soaking up the sun at the beach.
